Q. Is it necessary to sign up for a set period of time?

Ans : Not at all. You can pay monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually, or biennially. You can choose billing cycle according to your comfort level.

Q. How much time you will take to setup my hosting account after place of order?

Ans : Once the payment process complete your hosting account will be setup the same day.

Q. Do I have access to update my site anytime?

Ans: Yes. Whether you want to update site at day or night, your site always being available 24 hours.

Q. Will you register a domain name for me? Can you set up country specific domains?

Ans : We can register domain names on your behalf. We register and transfer domains for our clients. We can also assist you with transfer and registration of other domains, however, prices for the domains will vary by country. You can contact our sales department if you require further assistance in registration of the other domain types.

Q. Do you offer a money back guarantee?

Ans : Yes, we offer a money back guarantee on all of our web hosting services. If a client is not satisfied with our services or customer support, he/she can claim a refund for the service purchased. However, money back guarantee TOS vary by package taken.

Q. Do you offer unlimited hosting plans such as unlimited disk space and bandwidth?

Ans : No, because unlimited hosting never exists. If some hosting company makes that claim, read the fine print.

Q. Do you host Warez, Torrent and Adult sites?

Ans: No you cannot host these types of sites on our servers.

Q. How often my website will be backed up?

Ans : In order to maintain extra layer of security for our hosting servers we take daily backups of database and weekly backups of all files and other data on our servers. In case of VPS we take full backups of all nodes weekly. And for cloud servers we maintain weekly backups on the individual storage device, which is equipped with RAID 10. However, you can also maintain your own backups separately by using our control panel and downloading the backup to your computer or a backup drive.
